Michael King and Tom Walsh both worked individually with some of Sydney’s renown best Architects and, in some cases, for the same clients. It only seemed fitting to bring all that knowhow, experience, and their professional teams together. The partnering allows them both to offer a more involved and joint professional approach as the Builder and/or the Project Management on all our future projects throughout Sydney and rural NSW thus offering to our clients the confidence of a more thorough and successful deliver.

Michael King studied architecture and progressed into Project Development Management by obtaining and being registered as a General Builder and Property Manager Real Estate Licences (REIQ) in the State of Queensland. Initially Michael formed a company undertaking ‘Design & Construct’ (D&C) quality canal and ocean waterfront homes and numerous Project Homes on the Sunshine Coast and later at the Gold Coast.

Following, he headed up Project Development Management teams in the commercial property scene which included luxury hotel – resorts, shopping malls and high-rise residential mixed-use projects. These projects were in Sydney, Queensland, Auckland New Zealand and throughout Asia until 2017 where he returned to Sydney from working in the international property planning and development arena.

Over the last six years, Michael established himself as a Project Manager and Builder/Supervisor into the quality home renovation market in the Eastern Suburbs including Double Bay, Darling Point and Point Piper. Projects also included CBD Sydney office new builds; and both industrial and commercial ‘Development Approvals’ (DA) and ‘Complying Development Certificate’ (CDC) in the Western Suburbs of Sydney.

Tom Walsh started building in 1979 and has developed into a professional and experienced residential builder. He has an impressive portfolio ranging from heritage refurbishments to classical and contemporary buildings.

Along with over 40 years of expertise, Tom has accumulated a team of professionals who successfully deliver projects of the highest quality. The majority of projects have been in the Eastern and Northern Suburbs of Sydney, be they extensive additions, renovations or building new homes.

Tom focuses on homes designed by some of Australia’s leading architects at the higher end of the residential market. Throughout his career he has received many awards in the building industry had houses featured in numerous publications.

Tom’s successes have been a direct result of his ability to communicate clearly and amiably between client and architect, which results in the highest possible standard in construction.
